Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within 3-day turnaround
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (Coupa, Tipalti)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP certification (CAPP) or equivalent coursework
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (500+ invoices monthly)
- Strong analytical skills with 100% reconciliation accuracy
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with self-discipline
