Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors via check, ACH, or wire transfer systems.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
