Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve billing discrepancies, and answer inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
