Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers accurately and timely.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Perform basic data entry and update accounting software systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
