Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax season preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expertise in GAAP, month-end close procedures, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
