Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Support the finance department with payroll preparation and expense reporting.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and reviews.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
