Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations while maintaining internal controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for financial discrepancies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proficiency in QuickBooks
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidacy preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and financial modeling
