Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Oversee budget preparation and forecasting processes for departmental initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and implement corrective actions
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel automation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
