Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring documentation accuracy
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial decision-making
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
