- Manage general ledger accounts and perform month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Process accounts payable/receivable and conduct bank reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal/external reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
