Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with precision
- Conduct bank reconciliations, expense analysis, and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations while optimizing financial processes
- Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders during financial reviews and audits
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 a plus)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
