Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
