- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports for diverse industry clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize tax strategies
- Lead financial analysis projects to support client decision-making and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Active CPA license or in-progress certification
