Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review financial data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation for external auditors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
