Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.9% accuracy
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations during night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
- Maintain secure financial documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
