Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile GL accounts
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze variance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for budget forecasting
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Lead night-shift audit preparation and documentation
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA knowledge
- Strong GAAP compliance understanding
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
