Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure 100% accuracy in all general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax returns and ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls, streamline processes, and support budgeting activities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
