Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial efficiency and cash flow.
- Process payroll and manage banking transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
