Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings and support year-end audits.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
