Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for invoice processing
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (500+ invoices/month)
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and SLAs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
