As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving our company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a high-volume accounting environment is a plus.
