Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee tax compliance filings and audit preparations
- Implement and maintain accounting systems with ERP software proficiency
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget planning and cost controls
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
