Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct audits and implement process improvements
- Support strategic financial planning and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
