Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate status preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
