Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal control improvements
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
