Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while maintaining internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and reconcile bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
