Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with strict attention to accuracy
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and corporate credit cards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead audit preparation and documentation for external examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
