Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external auditors during audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Monitor budgets and assist in the development of financial forecasts.
- Process payroll and maintain employee timekeeping records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
