About the Role:
As our Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This urgent opening requires someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
