Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Conduct audits for compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate tax preparation and regulatory filings
- Lead month-end closing processes and journal entry reviews
- Maintain financial documentation and data integrity in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting standards, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
