Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with a focus on efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.
- Conduct variance analysis for budget tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to resolve complex accounting issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and standard accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
