Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closes, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (VBA skills a plus)
