Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SOX regulations
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems and process improvements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial cycles and deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
