- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Oversee accounts payable cycles, vendor payments, and expense reporting
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven expertise in GAAP principles and financial compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with multi-state payroll and sales tax filings
