Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare month-end/year-end closing reports and tax documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency and scalability
- Support audits and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or public accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities
- Experience with GAAP and tax compliance regulations
