Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timely submission
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business decisions
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and ensure smooth audit processes
- Maintain organized digital financial records and implement efficient documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and federal/state tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for explaining complex financial concepts
