Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex multi-entity accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements with precise P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks and SAP
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years' bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, SAP, and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with 100% accuracy in reconciliations
- Ability to independently manage high-volume transactions
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM PST) mandatory
- Strong remote work communication skills
