Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Experience with multi-state financial operations
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Professional certification (e.g., CPAB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
