Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage payment cycles including check runs and ACH processing
- Collaborate with procurement on invoice discrepancies and PO matching
- Prepare monthly AP reports for senior management review
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for all documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
