Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies with precision
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Conduct internal audits for compliance and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
