Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for overnight processing
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses for leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during night shift
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
