Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment schedules with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment disputes
- Implement process improvements for AP cycle efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Manage 1099 vendor relationships and tax documentation
- Generate AP reports for executive leadership reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and procurement processes
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST, Sun-Thu)
- AP certification (CAPP or CTP) preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
