Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial statements and prepare variance reports for senior management
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
- Implement internal controls to maintain SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Prepare tax documentation and support audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
