Job Summary:
As our Weekend Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. This role is critical to maintaining our financial integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Conduct audits of financial documents and records.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
- Support the finance team during peak reporting periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
