Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns and support external audit requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend process improvements to management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and budget preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Certification as a CPA, CMA, or EA is a significant plus.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
