- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations
- Collaborate with CPA firms for audit support and tax filing
- Train junior bookkeepers on standard procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
