Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
