Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes with high precision.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls reviews.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve complex discrepancies.
- Support budget preparation and perform detailed variance analysis.
- Streamline accounting workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
