Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve discrepancies
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP best practices
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and NetSuite
- Proven experience managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
