We are urgently hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate financial data.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company internal controls.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
